About the Role

Shehvah Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is a premier technology solutions provider driven by Integrity in Service. We are actively seeking an experienced, proactive, and technically skilled Senior Technician (ELV & Security Systems) to join our rapidly growing operations team.

The successful candidate will take lead technical responsibility for on-site installations, configuration, and troubleshooting of modern CCTV surveillance setups, Wi-Fi mesh systems, IP intercoms, and comprehensive ELV networking projects while guiding junior technicians and coordinating project workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • CCTV & Video Surveillance: Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Hikvision CCTV systems (both IP and Analog setups).

  • Storage & Remote Systems: Configure DVR/NVR systems, manage video storage parameters, and set up secure remote access/mobile viewing.

  • Network Infrastructure: Install, terminate, test, and troubleshoot Local Area Networks (LAN), IP routing/switching, and Wi-Fi Mesh solutions.

  • ELV Solutions: Commission and integrate IP intercom systems, access control, and specialized ELV networking equipment.

  • Diagnostics & Maintenance: Rapidly diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve connectivity, hardware, and signal failures on client sites.

  • Team Leadership & Supervision: Supervise on-site technical teams, allocate tasks, and mentor junior technicians.

  • Quality Assurance & Safety: Ensure all cabling, mounting, and hardware configurations strictly adhere to company quality standards and workplace safety protocols.

  • Project & Site Management: Coordinate site activities, manage inventory/materials usage, and ensure deadlines are met consistently.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of verified hands-on experience in ELV, IP CCTV, and networking installations.

  • Product Knowledge: In-depth technical mastery of Hikvision hardware, software (iVMS/Hik-Connect), and ecosystem configurations.

  • Networking Skills: Proven practical expertise in IP subnetting, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi Mesh network deployment.

  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities in both hardware and network connectivity.

  • Leadership & Communication: Strong supervisory capabilities, team coordination, and professional client communication skills.

  • Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage field/site pressures, and deliver high-standard workmanship on time.
