Key Responsibilities

• Ensure daily production plans and targets are achieved efficiently and on schedule.

• Supervise and coordinate the production team to maximize productivity while maintaining high product quality.

• Manage workforce performance, discipline, attendance, and overall operational efficiency.

• Identify production bottlenecks and implement effective problem-solving solutions.

• Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and company standards.

• Work effectively under pressure while meeting strict production deadlines.

• Support and manage extended working hours and shift operations when required.

• Conduct training and coaching programs for workers to improve skills, productivity, and safety awareness.

• Maintain accurate production records and report operational performance to management.

• Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to ensure smooth production flow and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Agriculture, Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field (NVQ Level 4/5).

• Work Experience: Minimum experience in poultry/chicken processing operations or an equivalent manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge & Skills: Sound knowledge of food safety standards, quality protocols, and production processes, backed by strong leadership and team management abilities.
